Our signature Linguine Marinara is a celebration of Hobart’s coastal bounty and Italian culinary heritage. Handmade linguine is tossed gently with a medley of seafood – mussels, scallops, prawns, and calamari – folded through a slow-simmered Napoli sauce. Finished with white wine, garlic, and chili, this dish reflects Fellini’s elegant yet bold spirit.
